Internet detection Setup Wizard will attempt to access Skype service. If the service cannot be reached, there must be something wrong with your Internet connection. Please do not attempt to change your cables' setup since you would not be able to access wizard pages if you have not connected the cables properly. We suggest to first check if you can access Internet from your computer by opening a web browser. If your internet is not working, then please contact your Internet Service provider to help you further. As a last resort if none of the suggestions helped, please contact our customer support department.
